Dr Arsalan Saeed Khan, Principal Dentist (GDC no.169502)
Arsalan qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 2003.He did his one year post graduate training in a teaching hospital. Since then he has been working at various clinics in Sussex,and Kent.He has been a Principal dentist since 2014 for two practices.
Arsalan has done MSc in Periodontology(Eng.) He is a dentist with special interest in gum disease and Arsalan has been training newly qualified dentists to acquire NHS performer no. since 2014.He has been an Educational Supervisor for Foundation dentists with KSS deanery between 2017-2020.
Dr Amna Khan (Dental Surgeon,GDC no 145891)
Amna qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 2003.She did her one year post graduate training in a teaching hospital. She has been working at various clinics in Sussex and Kent.She has been a Principal dentist since 2014 for two practices.
She has a keen interest in Aesthetic dentistry and over the years ,has done numerous courses to enhance her skills in clear braces, whitening treatments and facial treatments (Fillers and Botox).
She is currently doing a PG dip in Aesthetic Dentistry from London. Amna has been training newly qualified dentists to acquire NHS performer no. since 2014.She has been an Educational Supervisor for Foundation dentists with KSS deanery between 2017-2019.
Dr Hammad Hassan, Associate Dentist (GDC no.284566)
Hammad qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 2005. He completed his Fellowship in Prosthodontics in 2011 from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan and did his Masters from Cardiff University in 2016. He has worked as a Consultant Prosthodontist and specializes in Conventional Prosthodontics (Crown/Bridge work & Dentures) and Implant supported removable and fixed rehabilitation.
He has joined the practice as an Associate Dentist since Jan 2021.
Heather Sims, Dental Hygienist (GDC no.6115)
Heather started her career as a Dental Nurse in 1997 and then studied at Guys. Kings and St.Thomas’s (GKT Dental Institute). Qualified with a diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2002. Joined the practice immediately after qualifying as a hygienist after being a long-standing patient of the practice for over 30 years.
Jeanette (Dental Nurse GDC no 147305)
Jeanette Betty joined The Bower Dental Practice in 2013, and is originally from North London where she began her career in dentistry in 1990. Qualified in 1997 as a Dental Nurse and radiography in 2012. She Extended her knowledge for 5 years working in a prosthetics laboratory , then returned to Dental nursing in 2008.
Precious (Dental nurse GDC no.163627)
Precious qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2005 in Vienna, Austria. She worked for 8 years in London and gained valuable experience working with various specialists. Moved to Kent in 2016 and has enjoyed working at The Bower since joining in 2017.
Elena (Dental nurse GDC no.276486)
Elena Prejma started her adventure into dentistry in 2012 and qualified in 2017. After moving from London she joined the Bower Dental Practice in 2018.
Lesley (Receptionist)
Lesley Killick left college and went to work for Barclays Bank for 33 years then joined The Bower Dental Surgery in 2013 as a receptionist.
Kim (Receptionist)
Kim Eastlake trained as a PA in London. Kim is a local resident and is known for her knowledge of the local community. She joined the Bower in 2020.
